The launch ceremony of the Lahore's Residential Project was held in London

The launch ceremony of a residential project, Riseonic Heights, situated on the Raiwind road main boulevard in Lahore, was held in London. On this occasion, the chief executive of Riseonics, the company behind Riseonic Heights, Mr. Asher Qureshi said that the possession of this 40-apartment building will be given in 18 months. According to Mr. Asher Qureshi, “Including the ground floor, this building is of 6 floors and there are luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in this building. Starting the countdown from today’s official launch, we will deliver these apartments to our overseas clients withing 18 months.”
The managing director of Riseonics, Ahmed Naveed said that one unique aspect of this project is that even before the launch, 2 floors of this building have been completed.
Ahmed Naveed: “This is not off plan at all. The development has already been started. The construction of basement, ground floor and 1st floor has been completed and we are launching this project today and that’s the reason we are giving the time duration of 18 months that we will handover thee apartments to our clients withing this time duration.”
Project director Pervaiz Naveed said that the building of Riseonic Heights will be able to bear the earthquake of up to 7.6 Richter scale. In addition, he said that” after doing all the site investigation, this building has been designed on the .75 ton per square bearing capacity. It has a matte foundation. This building has a superstructure of 5000 PSI.”
According to the Riseonics management, 16 different types of NOCs have been acquired for the construction of this 6-floor building.
